Shipping & Refund Policy

 

Availability

Items are sometimes temporarily unavailable if they are being used in photoshoots. Please contact us if the item you wish to purchase is marked as "Coming Soon" for an estimate of when the item will be made available.

Shipping

We generally ship within 2 business days of receiving payment if the item is available, via USPS Priority Mail, sometimes by UPS. If your item is made-to-order, it will ship within 3-4 weeks of ordering, unless stated otherwise in the item's description. Pick-up at the studio is also possible and can also be arranged (shipping charges do not apply in this case). Tracking information will be provided upon shipping. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery if an item is damaged. We take full responsibility if an item is damaged in transit and will make and send a replacement. 

Returns

We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase. Returned items must be in "like new" condition. Shipping costs for the returned items are the responsibility of the customer. If the returned item was repackaged by the customer and damaged in transit, a refund will not be provided.

Exchanges

All items are unique and made carefully by hand. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, an exchange of equal value can be arranged. Please let us know about this request within 24 hours after receiving your package. Return shipment should be arranged within 1 week and is the responsibility of the customer.
